CONSTRUCTION UPDATES
In September 2019, residents of the Storm Lake Community School District approved a bond issue. This allowed the district to move forward with Phase I of its planned facility projects, including a new Early Elementary School and a new Middle School Auxiliary Gym. The gym will allow the district to convert a multipurpose room into two classrooms.
Below you will find updates, photos and videos on each of these projects. Once again, the district would like to thank the Storm Lake community for your support of our schools and the students we serve!
Early Elementary School
Storm Lake’s new Early Elementary School is now under construction! Check out the photos and videos below to take a look at the progress crews are making at the site.
Middle School Auxiliary Gym
The Storm Lake Middle School Auxiliary Gym is now complete! Students are now using the gym on a daily basis. Check out the photos below:
